Refund Policy

Out of Stock 

1. An item I want is out of stock, when will it be available? 

Hare Athletic is a small business so our stock is often limited, at times of high demand we may run out of certain items. if you are interested in a particular item you can message us on our contact us page and we can advise you when stock may be renewed. 

2. I would like to order a product but the site will not allow me to add it to the basket?

If it is not possible to select an item then this means it is not available and there is likely an error with the site. In the event of this we apologise.

 

Pricing 

1. Do your prices include tax?

All checkout prices include UK tax and duties. there will be nothing additional to pay. 

For international purchases, all prices at checkout are exclusive of local import charges and taxes which are levied once your shipment reaches your country. This will be your responsibility to cover. 

 

Delivery

1. How long will delivery take?

Once your order is placed, we aim to have your items packed as soon as possible. We aim to have your package delivered within 5 working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). 

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. 

All orders are tracked, you will receive tracking information in the dispatch email. 

2. How much does shipping cost?

Sizing

1. What sizes do you stock? 

Individual items have different size ranges. You can find the sizes for each item in the description section of each product. 

2. I am between sizes, what should I do? 

We suggest you choose the size you think will fit best. Take a look at our Refunds Policy to see what you need to do if you wish to exchange sizes. 

 

Discount codes 

1. I have a discount code, how do I use it?

When you get to the checkout page there is a section to input discount codes. 

2. I have 2 discount codes, can I use them both?

Unfortunately we can only accept one discount code at a time.
